I am Eric Ziminsky, owner of Total Home Inspections and a Certified Home Inspector through Allied Business School. I am also a member of NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors).  I am proud of my service and am always furthering my education in accordance with NACHI's continuing education policy. With my extensive construction & remodeling background home inspection was a natural progression for me.  The knowledge I carry into this profession allows me to quickly detect most common problems and where future problems may occur.
